Historical Significance: In 1964, the SMACK Memorial Library was commissioned by Lord Snowdon in memory of 12 students who tragically lost their lives in a motor accident. This facility stands as a testament to the college's resilience and dedication to preserving its rich history.
MEMORIAL LIBRARY
The Memorial Library at St. Mary's College Kisubi (SMACK) is a significant part of the school, both in terms of its historical importance and its academic role. JUNIOR LIBARAY
The New Junior Library at St. Mary's College Kisubi (SMACK) was officially opened by His Grace Paul Ssemoggerere, who is the Archbishop of Kampala Archdiocess at the time.
This library was established to support the school's academic programs, particularly for students in the Junior Secondary levels. It provides a conducive environment for study and research, complementing the school's commitment to academic excellence.
HSC LIBRARY
The Higher School Certificate (HSC) Library at St. Mary's College Kisubi (SMACK) is a vital resource center dedicated to supporting the academic needs of students in the Senior Secondary levels. Officially opened by Hon. Namirembe Bitamazire, who was the Minister of State in charge of Primary Education at the time, the library was established to enhance the learning experience for advanced-level students.
